Steps to adjust your calorie goal with Activity for Apple Watch

Step 1: Open the Activity app from your Apple Watch’s Home screen.

Step 2: Press deeply on the display.

Step 3: Tap on Change Move Goal.

Step 4: Now, tap on the minus and plus buttons to adjust your goal.

Step 5: Once done, tap on Update.

Step 1: Open the Activity app on your Apple Watch.

Step 2: Scroll down with your finger or the Digital Crown so that you can view breakdowns of each activity.
