Apple’s stock Maps app gives you option to mark a map location with a pin so that you can get directions or easily find it again. Steps to add an address to a Contact in Maps

Step 1: Open the Maps app on your iPhone.

Step 2: Tap on the current location button.

Step 3: Tap on the blue dot surrounded by the circle represents your approximate location.

Step 4: Now, you will need to swipe up on the lower panel, and then tap on Add to existing contact.

Step 5: Tap on a contact you would like to use.

Step 6: Tap on add address.

Step 7: Enter your contact’s complete address information.

Step 8: Once you are finished, tap on Done in the upper right corner.

From now on, you can tap on an address in Contacts to bring up the location again in Maps.

Steps to view a recent location in Maps

Step 1: Open the Maps app on your iPhone.

Step 2: Now, simply tap on the search bar at the bottom of the screen to search for recent locations in Maps.
