Steps to set up Do Not Disturb on the Apple Watch App for iPhone
Step 1: Open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone.
Step 2: Scroll down a bit to the General section. Just tap on it.
Step 3: Tap on Do Not Disturb.
Step 4: Lastly, flip the switch for Mirror Phone to the ON position.

Steps to manually enable Do Not Disturb on your Apple Watch
Step 1: If the clock face is not available, press the Digital Crown till you’re returned to it.
Step 2: Open the Control Center by swiping up from the bottom of the watch.
Step 3: Tap on the crescent moon icon to enable Do Not Disturb. There is a brief message telling “Do Not Disturb” is on and the icon background changes to purple.
