With the latest update, Instagram has given users the ability to upload Live Photos shot on iPhone and then turn them into Boomerangs, right within the app. At the moment, Live Photos can only be used in your stories. And today, in this tutorial, we will walk you through the steps to turn your Live Photos into Boomerangs in your Instagram stories on your iPhone.
Before you get started, there are some points to note:
- Make sure that you have Live Photos in your Cameral roll because Instagram won’t allow you to capture a Live Photo directly from the app itself.
- Because of the time limitation, your Live Photos have to be captured within the last 24 hours.
- You have updated to the latest version of the Instagram app.
