Steps to restore deleted notes from iPhone/iPad
Step 1: Open the Notes app on your iPhone/iPad.
Step 2: Once you are in, you are supposed to tap the back arrow in the upper left corner of the screen.
Step 3: You need to tap Recently Deleted folder.
Step 4: Next, tap Edit in the upper-right corner of the screen.
Step 5: Tap the notes that you wish to restore.
Step 6: Tap Move To in the lower left corner.
Step 7: Tap Notes folder.
Step 8: Get back to the Notes folder you moved the deleted note to and locate the undeleted note.
Steps to restore deleted notes from iCloud on Mac
Step 1: Point your web browser to icloud.com and sign into your account.
Step 2: Once you are in, click Notes icon.
Step 3: You now need to click Recently Deleted at the left side of the menu.
Step 4: You are presented with the list of all the recently deleted notes. Click on the one you wish to restore.
Step 5: Click Recover in the upper right corner.
