Introduced with WatchOS 3, the Breathe feature is responsible for reminding you to breathe throughout the day. This sounds odd, right? The feature, however, is intended to make you pay attention to your breathing. It is essential to perform a breathing exercise. Despite the fact that you can’t notice any physical health benefits, it comes in handy on days you are stressed. But, its frequent requests to breathe throughout your day might become a little annoying.
Thankfully, you can turn Breathe reminders off completely. Take a look.
Before diving in, there are some points to note:
- Make sure that your Apple Watch is running on Watch OS 3.0 or higher.
- Turning off Breathe reminders will not remove the Breathe app from the Watch but stop the periodic Breath reminders.
