Steps to remove apps from Messages on iPhone
Step 1: First off, you are supposed to launch the Messages app on iPhone.
Step 2: Next, head to any conversation thread and tap the App Store icon.
Step 3: Access your Messages’ apps by tapping the icon that looks like four circles in a square and is located in bottom left corner of the screen.
Step 4: You need to tap Store.
Step 5: Once you are in, tap Manage at the top.
