You usually use YouTube app to watch videos, films on your iPhone/iPad. However, the app suddenly stops working or stops at loading screen on your device. Install the Latest YouTube App
You have tried to load YouTube videos by using Safari or other browser apps on your iPhone/iPad but it did not succeed, maybe you should do something with the YouTube iOS app instead. That’s updating the app to the latest version. The YouTube app is available in App Store for free and won’t take much your time to download. So if you are using an old version for the YouTube app, you should try upgrading to the latest version. Because Apple has released the newer iOS versions that implements with the new technology like 3D Touch integrated into these iOS version, so some basic frameworks have been changed and a newer version of the YouTube app can fix all these issues.
Check Router & Network Preferences
If you have a private network router or switch, you should also check the restriction on YouTube gateways on them. Besides, requiring assistance from technical people from your ISP could be a great help but making a reset might be the trick. Most routers include a physical button combination for hard reset, or software reset inside the router’s control panel. But you should backup your network settings before proceeding with a network reset.
Reset network Settings

To do that, go to Settings -> General -> Reset -> Reset Network Settings and finally, confirm your action and your device will now reboot now. After that, connect to the internet again and reopen the Youtube app.
