Streaming audio using Siri is very simple. All you need is simply invoking the personal assistant and require it to play music in all your rooms or on a particular HomePod speaker.

How to Play Different Audio In Different Rooms With HomePods

Another great advantage of getting multiple speakers is that it allows you to stream songs in different rooms. Your children love listening to melodious rhymes while they are going to bed, whereas you like listening to rock & roll songs, so you can easily ask Siri to play a rhyme in your kid’s room and romantic songs in the bedroom. If you don’t like using the personal assistant to make it done, you can also use your device to get your music time.

Step 1: Open one of your favorite music apps and play anything you’d like. Next, open up Control Center on your iPhone/iPad and then touch and hold the Music Control panel.

Step 2: Now, select the audio track you want to play in a room and then tap on AirPlay icon.

Step 3: Next, select the HomePod through which you want to play music.

Step 4: Now, repeat the steps from 1-3 for other HomePods if you want to play different music.

You can get it done with the help of Siri by saying something like, hey Siri, “Play … in the bedroom and … in the kitchen.”
