Built right into Apple Watch, the handy Activity app does help you keep track of how much you get moving, do exercise, and stand up from day to day. However, there are times the Activity reminders annoy you when you are stuck in a car or plane. In this case, you wish to disable the notification completely, but the problem is that you might forget to re-enable it. Thankfully, Apple allows you to mute Activity reminders just for a day. Here’s how you can do it.
Steps to mute reminders for one day from your iPhone
Step 1: First, you need to open the Watch app on your iPhone.
Step 2: Tap on Notifications > Activity.
Step 3: Now, simply flick the Mute Reminders for One Day ON.
Once turned on, you won’t receive Activity alerts for Progress Updates, Stand Reminders, Goal Completions, or Achievements until the following day.

Step 1: Open the Watch app on your iPhone.
Step 2: Tap on Notifications > Activity > Progress Updates.
Step 3: Now, you need to set a time interval. You will get every two, four, six, or eight hours. Just tap on one that suits you.
