Depending on your convenience, you can easily change formats and adjust text in iBooks on your iPhone/iPad.

Enable Full Justification in iBooks on iPhone and iPad

Once Full Justification is activated, the edges of paragraphs will display a bit cleaner which help you have a comfortable viewing.

  • First, launch the Settings on your Home screen
  • Then, scroll down and tap on iBooks.
  • Finally,toggle the switch next to Full Justification ON.

Enable Auto-Hyphenation in iBooks on iPhone and iPad

When you enable auto-hyphenation, words will be hyphenated as they break at the end of a line. To turn the feature on:

  • First, launch Settings app
  • Tap on iBooks.
  • Then, toggle the switch next to Auto-hyphenation ON.

Once both margins advance is turned on, you can move to the next page just by tapping on left or right margin.

  • Go to the Settings > tap on iBooks.
  • Now, turn Both Margins Advance

  • Launch iBooks app and open the book you want to read.


  • Then, tap on the Text button at the top right corner of your screen.
  • Now, select your favorite

One thing you should note that you can also change the size of the text by checking out the small and big A icon.

  • Then, tap on the text button.
  • Now, select your favorite night theme. There are currently four options for you to choose

  • Now, toggle the switch next to Scrolling View ON.
