Step 1: First, you need to download this file on your iPhone that is running iOS 13 developer beta. Then, pair it with your Apple Watch.
Step 2: Once you downloaded the file, there will be automatically a popup prompting you to choose the device that you want to install the WatchOS beta profile on. Select your Apple Watch from the list.
Step 3: The Watch app on your iPhone will now open up. Just tap on Install and then proceed with entering the passcode of your iPhone to continue the installation process. Once you tap on Install a few times, your Apple Watch should automatically reboot itself.
Step 4: After your Watch has booted up again, launch the Watch app on your iPhone again and check for an update. You will see the watchOS 6 developer beta version available for the download. If not, give it a try once again.
Note that your iPhone is running on iOS 13 developer beta since iOS 12 is incompatible with watchOS 6 version. In case you downgrade your iPhone to iOS 12 version, you will also need to downgrade your Watch to watchOS 5 version.
